2. Accounts

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• By posting, you grant Morveo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of your content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
• You represent that you have the rights to post such content.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Harass, intimidate, or impersonate others.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Manipulate competitions, votes, or rankings by using bots, fake accounts, collusion, or incentives.
• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Services and all intellectual property (excluding User Content) are owned by Morveo B.V.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without our written consent.

6. Payments

• Some features may require payment (e.g., premium access, in-app purchases).
• Payments are processed by third-party providers under their terms.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support@morveo.com.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Morveo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Hague, NL, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app, website, or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
