CSAE Declaration – Policy for the Protection of Children and Minors

Morveo ("we", "our", "us") is fully committed to the safety, protection, and well-being of children and minors on our platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

This policy outlines our stance, the measures we take to prevent and respond to CSAE, and how users can report concerns.

1. Definitions

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) refers to any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or abuses a child or minor (a person under the age of 18). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any visual, written, or audio content that sexually depicts a minor.
  • Grooming — building trust with a child or their caregivers with the intent to exploit or abuse.
  • Sexual solicitation of minors — requesting sexual acts, images, or conversations from a person under 18.
  • Trafficking — recruiting, harboring, or exploiting children for sexual purposes.
  • Any content that normalizes or glorifies the sexual abuse of minors.

2. Our Zero-Tolerance Stance

Morveo strictly prohibits any CSAE-related content or behavior on our platform. This includes content in videos, comments, messages, usernames, profile information, or any other feature of our Services.

Any account found to be involved in CSAE will be immediately and permanently banned from Morveo. We will report all confirmed or suspected cases to the relevant national and international authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where applicable.

3. Age Requirements

Morveo requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register.

If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, we will immediately suspend or delete their account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Preventative Measures

We take the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:

  • Content Moderation: We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect and remove CSAE content.
  • PhotoDNA and Hash Matching: We use industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect and prevent the upload of known CSAM.
  • Age Verification: We implement age verification measures during account registration.
  • Reporting Tools: We provide clear and accessible in-app and website reporting tools for users to flag suspicious or harmful content.
  • Staff Training: Our moderation and safety teams receive regular training on recognizing and responding to CSAE.
  • Platform Design: Our platform features are designed to minimize opportunities for exploitation, including restrictions on direct messaging and privacy controls for minor accounts.

5. How to Report CSAE

If you encounter any content or behavior on Morveo that you believe constitutes CSAE or poses a risk to the safety of a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

  • In-app reporting: Use the "Report" button available on all content and profiles within the app.
  • Email: Contact our dedicated safety team at safety@morveo.com.

You may also report directly to external authorities:

6. Response to Reports

Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAE, Morveo will:

  • Immediately review and assess the reported content or behavior.
  • Remove any confirmed CSAE content from our platform without delay.
  • Suspend or permanently ban the account(s) involved.
  • Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law.
  • Report confirmed or suspected CSAM to NCMEC and/or relevant national authorities as required by law.
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Morveo is committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and regulatory bodies in the investigation and prosecution of CSAE. We will comply with all lawful requests for information and actively participate in industry-wide efforts to combat child exploitation online.
